Reservation Info.

1. Please print out our Reservation Form and fill out all the fields.

2. Please download, read, fill and sign the Waiver Form.

3. A booking for our adventure tour requires a deposit of $300.00 for each person. In the event that the deposit does not reach us within ten(10)days after the booking is made, we will assume that you no longer wish to travel with us and we will release any arrangements reserved for you. The booking becomes a Contract when our written confirmation of receipt of your deposit is dispatched to you. Full payment must be paid to us no later than 45 days prior to departure from U.S.A. If the booking is made less than 45 days before departure, the whole cost must be paid when booking. 

4. If pay by check, money order, please make it payable to Newmark International. If pay by credit card, please use www.paypal.com to make payment to sales@newmarkadventure.com (you would have to establish an account with Paypal if you don't have one). If check or money order is used, mail filled reservation form, Waiver Form and the payment (payable to Newmark International) to:

Newmark Adventure Tour, 11851 Lambert Ave., El Monte, CA 91732. 

If you choose online credit card payment, you can fax Reservation Form to (626) 572-9041. A signed copy of Waiver Form still needs to be mailed to us for our records.

5. Visa document needs to be obtained from China's consulates in U.S.. The travel visa to China is valid for 90 days for maximum 30 day stay. Click HERE for more information on China Embassy in U.S.

If you would like us to help you obtain the travel visa, please download the Visa Application Form Page 1 and Visa Application Form Page 2, fill out and attach photo, then send $70 ($50 for visa application fee, $20 for handling charge) along with your at least 6-month-valid passport to us.


Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Conditions:

Newmark Adventure Tours is responsible to you in making arrangements for the tour services offered here, including transportation, sightseeing, tour guide and accommodations. 
The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, servants of, or joint ventures with Newmark Adventure Tours.  All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by Newmark Adventure Tours  are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. 
If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of Newmark Adventure Tours , the expense will be payable by tour participants. 
The tour participant agrees that neither Newmark Adventure Tours nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services or of any other person. 
Newmark Adventure Tours reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever Newmark Adventure Tours deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour participants, or to cancel a tour at any time. Any unused fund will be refunded by Newmark Adventure Tours  to tour participants. 
If any tour participant wants to alter or revise the itinerary after departure for personal reasons, he or she must bare the additional charges caused by the changes. 
Newmark Adventure Tours is not responsible for any rejection of entry by immigration office and custom house, even if the tour participant holds valid passport and proper visas. 
All tour participants must possess physical or mental conditions good enough to fit for traveling.  They must be responsible for their own health conditions.  In the event that the tour participants have serious illnesses, they must provide valid health documents issued by a professional doctor to prove that they are fit for travel.  Newmark Adventure Tours  will not undertake any legal obligation in participants' health conditions.  

2. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS: 
 

We can ONLY refund the land portion of the tour cost. Each individual should directly contact the airline to negotiate the refund for the airfare portion.

Penalties and refunds:

Less than 72 hours or nonappearance- 100% of Total Charge 
 

3. INSURANCE:
Since most of insurance policies from U.S. insurance companies will not cover incidents/illnesses that occur outside the United States, it is important for your own self-interest and protection to make certain you have adequate insurance protection against all eventualities throughout your trip. Please check with your health insurer for coverage.

4. SPECIAL REQUESTS:  
If there are any special requests regarding dietary requirements, adjoining rooms, double beds, etc.., please let us know on booking.  But note, such requests cannot be guaranteed to be met.
